物理学系専攻（精密工学コース）博士前期課程の高野宏樹さんが、2026年1月25～29日にかけて米国 サンタフェ（ニューメキシコ州）で開催された「51st Conference on the Physics and Chemistry of Surfaces and Interfaces（PCSI-51）」において、Young Scientist Awardを受賞しました。

PCSIは米国AVS学会が主催し、1974年以降50年以上の歴史を持つ伝統のある国際会議です。

高野さんは本会議において、”Fabrication and Characterization of GeO₂/Ge-based MOS Capacitors after Controlled Adsorption of Water Molecules”と題した発表を行いました。
